I’ve not written anything for a fair while now but thought I should. I suppose coming up with new recipes and making them and then writing it up was a bit high maintenance.
One thing that I’m doing a lot now is running. In 13 days time (on the 14th of August) I’m going to do my first ever 5k race (the millenium bridge 5k). I’ve run 14 parkruns and recently just brought my time down to 19:53. I don’t have a target in mind because I don’t have long to prepare and I don’t know how easy it will be to further bring my times down.
I will try and write a bit every day about what I am doing and the techniques I’m using to train different aspects of my running.
